Marvel Studios used its Hall H presentation at San Diego Comic-Con<\/a> to showcase the next phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, confirming Ryan Gosling will headline a new Ghost Rider<\/em> film while unveiling major details about Black Panther 3. <\/em>The announcements were part of a broader presentation led by Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige that also included new footage from Avengers: Doomsday<\/em> and surprise appearances from several Marvel stars.<\/p>\n

Gosling joined director Shawn Levy onstage<\/a> to reveal that he will portray \u2018Ghost Rider,\u2019 marking the fiery antihero\u2019s first appearance in the MCU after previous standalone films starring Nicolas Cage. Gosling said the role is \u201ca character I\u2019ve wanted to play for a long time,\u201d while Levy praised the actor and their creative partnership.
